• Wait times vary depending on the project's complexity. 
• Tom works from photos. He can take pictures or work from provided imagery. He does not reproduce copyrighted images. He does work with public domain images if needed, without the worries of legal issues. 
• Process photos are sent regularly to update the client on the progress.
• Price doesn't include shipping and handling in the USA or internationally. Delivery is available in the state of Maine. 
• A 25% deposit of the final price is required before the pencil or brush even hits the paper or canvas. Tom accepts PayPal, Venmo, money orders, or checks. My contact information is down below. No refunds on deposits, and all sales are final. 
• All work can be framed at an additional cost and can be discussed during the process. Additional shipping is required on all orders outside the USA.
• U.S. & International copyright laws legally protect all artwork and content on the website.

• Frames and Framing are extra charges and can be discussed during the initial consultation. 
• Price doesn't include packaging, shipping, or insurance. All artwork comes with a full guarantee. Artwork damaged during shipping will be repaired or restored as a guarantee of the work's quality. Buyer pays return shipping to Tom's studio. Return shipping to the customer will be paid by Tom.
• Drawings can be shipped with or without a mat. 
• All artwork will be shipped with insurance.
